South Asian Carnival | South Asian Carnival 2009. South Asian Carnival is taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Reliant Center (One Reliant Park) Houston, Texas, United States. The carnival will feature performances by singers from Bollywood stars of the Indian movie industry centered in Mumbai. The fest also features a number of "khana" booths serving up Indian and Pakistani foods, live fashion shows, shopping bazaar and a wedding expo.
